The Recruitment Process

1. The steps in the recruitment process:

  • Application in the company's careers page (send updated CV, complete application form).
  • Online HR Interview.
  • 2 to 4 more online interviews depending on the position the candidate applied for.
  • Exam (Tech / Creative / Analytical) depending on the position the candidate applied for.
  • *Reverse process is possible (meeting 2nd or last interviewers first before HR).
