About this scholarship

Curtin University has a scholarship opportunity for a PhD student to participate in an ARC Future Fellow Project " Novel nonlinear functional analysis methods for singular and impulsive boundary value problems   ".  The project aims to develop innovative functional analysis theories and methods to study various complex nonlinear boundary value problems with particular focus on singular and impulsive problems. The PhD research students are expected to participate in the project with focus on nonlinear analysis and computational methods for some complex initial boundary value problems involved.

Value

The successful candidate will receive a stipend of around $25,500 per annum which will be indexed for the duration of the award.  This scholarship shall be for three years with a possible maximum extension of up to six months. 

If the successful candidate is an international student, the scholarship shall cover the tuition fees for the duration of the award.

  • 1st class honours degree or equivalent level of attainment such as a Master degree
