Qualified accounting professionals with the analytical, problem-solving and communication skills required to work collaboratively across organisations, as well as the ability to utilise business acumen and embrace emerging technologies, will be the future of the accounting profession. With the addition of the Bachelor of Professional Practice, this highly competitive combined course provides you with the unique opportunity to undertake Macquarie’s Co-operative Education (Co-op) program. In this program, you’ll alternate between classroom studies and workplace experience in the form of three industry placements of three to six months each. This will allow you to develop your professional skills, including communication, creativity, ethical practice and entrepreneurial expertise. You’ll develop networks across a number of professional settings throughout your course, as well as utilise your practical experiences in the classroom to further enhance your studies.
