Masters (Coursework)
The political landscape is constantly changing, both in Australia and internationally. Politics can bring people together and drive them apart, and can change lives for the better – or worse at the stroke of a pen. Understanding politics and public policy, and the broader impacts of political decisions, provides unique insight into unfolding events. It equips you to pursue your passion for social issues and shaping policy to meet organisational or community objectives, and opens the door to a dynamic and exciting career. This double degree, which can be completed in just two-and-a-half years, develops your understanding of the structure and processes of policy formulation, implementation and evaluation from an Australian perspective, and develops your skills in applied social research and the analysis of policy in social context.
