Mission Statement

The statement "training that creates change" contains the wealth of educational philosophies and adult education principles that are the motivating and guiding factors for the company. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) MW Training Consultants strives for the provision of a service that enables the individual to gain skills and knowledge to make informed choices. This is the process by which change is achieved.

Company History

MW Training Consultants was established in 1993 to deliver language and literacy programs to adults and adolescents across a range of cultures, backgrounds and educational levels. MW Training Consultants is a private training and education organisation that operates in the following sectors of vocational/workplace education and training:

• Specialist consultant in language, literacy and numeracy in vocational and workplace contexts.
• Training in the continuing professional development of adult literacy and language teachers and tutors.
• Designing and developing training materials and accredited courses in vocational and workplace contexts.
• Providing delivery and assessment of qualifications from Certificate I to Vocational Graduate Diploma level.
• Validation of Assessments especially in relation to the Foundation Skills

MW Training Consultants operates under the auspices of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 (SRTO 2015) and the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). We have an AVETMISS compliant database which reports directly to the Department and we are compliant with the legislative requirements of the regulatory body the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) .

MW Training Consultants provides quality distance education across Australia using electronic media (e.g. Email, Skype) as the mode of contact between client and trainer. However, our program delivery is flexible enough to accommodate cohorts which may include face to face training in a classroom or workshop environment, or blended delivery with a combination of training and delivery modes.

Our Trainers and Assessors are highly qualified in their field of expertise and maintain currency within industry and undertake regular professional development. Our focus on language, literacy and numeracy over the past years and moving forward into the future is a point of difference between us and other RTOs.
