Using your existing degree as a foundation, the Master of Teaching (Secondary Studies) offers a highly regarded teaching degree.
Our program incorporates Quality Teaching, the NSW model of pedagogy which was developed and refined by researchers at the University of Newcastle. The courses you will study will develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions you will need for a successful career in teaching. You will also undertake placements, with the final placement completed in your home country.

You will complete 130 units of core courses, including 40 units of courses which focus on your area of teaching specialisation, and 30 units of electives. In the core courses you will examine concepts and theories in the following learning areas:
