About this course

The LaTrobe Law School’s new Master of Laws course is designed for legal professionals seeking to up-skill, and develop, or further enhance, their expertise in specific areas of the law. It allows students to construct a course of study with a strong global and international focus, taught by distinguished academics from Australia. Students will investigate and evaluate complex legal issues from theoretical and practical perspectives, focusing on one or several specialised aspects of the law, with the ability to choose from a wide range of electives. The opportunity to undertake in depth research will provide graduates from this program with an enhanced capacity to undertake independent research, and can provide a pathway to studies at a PhD level.
