  • The working environment is very healthy, and they care about their employees. They check on our well-being and progress. Salary is competitive and the benefits are great.

  • What I like about Bayer is that they stick with their LIFE values. They provide great care for employee's life and health concerns. During the pandemic, Bayer immediately implemented the work-from-home to ensure safety. Aside from that, I've always felt their excellent leadership.

Bayer conducts sustainability training and I also read on our site that Bayer launched the Bayer Kubo. It is a vegetable farm project established by the Philippine team to provide a sustainable source of food and income for urban communities needing support. The newly launched project in Calauan is the second Bayer Kubo, following the Taguig site in Metro Manila.

Yes. They are one chat away and are not hard to reach out to. My team leader is always checking on me if I'm getting enough rest especially when my team leader notices that I've been working more than our required working hours.
