The working environment is very healthy, and they care about their employees. They check on our well-being and progress. Salary is competitive and the benefits are great.

What I like about Bayer is that they stick with their LIFE values. They provide great care for employee's life and health concerns. During the pandemic, Bayer immediately implemented the work-from-home to ensure safety. Aside from that, I've always felt their excellent leadership.

Working hours are very flexible but sometimes workloads are excessive.
I cannot say it's the worst, but it's something that we could improve on is our drive for automation. Look forward on this improvement, since I'm seeing a lot of initiatives lately.

Bayer conducts sustainability training and I also read on our site that Bayer launched the Bayer Kubo. It is a vegetable farm project established by the Philippine team to provide a sustainable source of food and income for urban communities needing support. The newly launched project in Calauan is the second Bayer Kubo, following the Taguig site in Metro Manila.
The culture of the company is very open and inclusive for all. In team meetings, everyone is encouraged to raise their ideas. Other than work related, we also have team engagements where we could just socialize with our teammates.
