Our humble beginnings started being a backyard business with four (4) employees. With the trust and confidence from our clients with the efficient and effective services that we provide. Since 1992, we are continuously growing with more than 16,000 workforces and are now comprised of 8 companies – B-MIRK Enterprises Corporation, B-MIRK Multi-Purpose Cooperative, People First Labor Service Cooperative, Friends at Work Corporation, Servcom General Services Provider Inc., BPOperations, Inc., B-MIRK Group, Inc. and Christian J Global Trade Corporation, operating in multiple locations including major cities nationwide and new companies – Pizarro Property Development Corporation, Colossalchem Corporation, and Coffeecreatives Corporation (with first branch, Ghost Coffee and Collab Space in Marcos Highway). Our company was built starting with a single contract manufacturing job for each client.

Many times our contract manufacturing management and engineering teams recommend ways that we can improve our partners' profitability by streamlining their manufacturing operations.

Recruitment Process

Applicants shall submit all the typical requirements such as CV, cover letter, transcript of record (if available)

  • Applicants may expect a phone call for the schedule of interviews after the application is received by the PM Associate (HR).
  • Applicants may fill up all HR forms, including the 201 forms, sentence completion, essay form to be sent to their emails.
  • After submission of all given forms, they will be assessed and evaluated by the PM Specialist upon receipt of filled-up forms.
  • PM Specialist will invite the applicants to report personally for a face-to-face interview with the People Management Supervisor / Company Directors.

Successful applicants depend on how they answer the usual questions and their character, and intellectual level.



Remuneration & Career Growth

Candidates may expect that upon hiring/onboarding, they will start as a probationary for six (6) months. They will be evaluated within that period, and upon passing the probationary period, they will be regular employees of the company. Starting rate at Php minimum rate (mandated wage of the locality/site of deployment). Mandatory benefits SSS, Phil health and HDMF, 13th-month pay is guaranteed. Service Incentive Leave (SIL) shall be enjoyed by the employee after serving twelve (12) months in the company. Opportunities to relocate / reassign to other areas such as South of Luzon, North of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao if needed are open. Promotion will be given based on performance in the company.
