Borland Development Corporation (BDC) has deeply rooted core values that made them who they are today. They acknowledge each and every partner's importance in building and promoting their high-quality houses and recognizing their people as their most important asset. Their continuously growing family became closer together, helping deliver thousands of houses to fulfill the dream of "masang Pilipino" to have their own home.
For the past 30 years, BDC has been consistent in finding ways to provide affordable and reliable houses. Dating back to 1990, Mr. Vicente Hao Chin Sr. had the vision to establish a real estate development that offers affordable yet quality housing units for Filipinos to help address the country's demand for housing due to overgrowing population.
