The Dominion Alay-Buhay Grant is our Corporate Social Responsibility Program. It is a multi-faceted program that has three (3) focus areas:

  • First Focus Area. The Heart Valve Program.
  • Second Focus Area. Retinoblastoma Program.
  • Third Focus Area. Regular support to the operations of Mother Teresa Homes of Joy for Sick and Abandoned Children.

Recruitment Process

Recruitment Processing Time: Average of 10 to15

Process:

  1. Submit CV/Resume preferable in word document format with picture.
  2. Await text/email message/s for further instructions.
  3. Screening either through phone or virtual interview using MS TEAM meetings.
  4. Face to face interview by the requesting business unit.
  5. Final Interview and/or Job Offer

Basic Selection Criteria:

  1. CV/Resume contents matches job ad.
  2. Place of residence or willingness to relocate.
  3. Adeptness in the use of the various Microsoft applications.
  4. Exposure to any of the Enterprise Resource Planning softwares such as but not limited to SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
  5. Prefers to work on site.
