Your role

• Prepare Minutes of Meetings, Board Resolutions, Directors' Certificates, and Secretary's Certificates.
• Prepare General Information Sheets and Other Reportorial Requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Prepare Stock Certificates.
• Manage Stock and Transfer Books and Stock Certificate Books.
