- Triage tickets for root cause and resolution/next appropriate action
- Replication of reported issues
- Database validation
- Functionality review based on existing tickets
- Code review
- Stack trace checking
- Rule set reading
Job Qualifications:
- Experience from O - 2 years
- Experience working with Java or .NET/C# in a web-based environment
- Preferably with web services experience
- Application development against a relational database (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Object-oriented design and development
- Fundamental understanding of distributed architectures
- Preferably with knowledge in an Agile environment
- Ability to work with logical units of work (tasks)
- Ability to work in sprints
- A Bachelor's Degree required, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
