Your role

Engages in the different tasks and activities to help grow and improve the business through employee engagement programs.
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Rotates through the divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
Able to assist in content creation - notably graphic design - in order to assist in internal branding and marketing activities that require visuals (i.e. workday posts, mailers, cover photos, etc.
