The company's nature of business involves manufacturing, sales and distribution, importation, and exportation of its highly diversified range of good quality products. Its markets include supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, hospitals and laboratories.

The product lines of the company are liniments/ home remedies, antiseptics, pharmaceutical raw materials, soaps and detergents, toiletries, cosmetics, inhalers/decongestants/expectorants, food/food supplements, vitamins, medical devices, personal care products, baby products, and biomedical equipment and clinical diagnostic reagents. Recruitment Process

  1. Application
    • Submission of CV w/ cover letter
       
  2. Examination
    • If applicants are qualified for any vacant position they will be scheduled for an exam and inform through a text message.
    • Aptitude test will be taken in person and will take 2 hours.
       
  3. Phone Interview
    • 2 weeks after passing the exam
       
  4. Assessment Centre
    • 2 weeks after passing the phone interview
       
  5. Final Interview
    • The final step
    • Department final interview

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Gross salary is starting from minimum wage and will depend on applicants experience and position
     
  • Health Insurance upon regularization (group insurance) 80k for Rank & File employees. 120K for Executive Employees per confinement per illness with inner limits and selected illness types based on coverage.
     
  • Rice Subsidy (1,100.00 for 1 to 2 yrs.---7 times in a year) or (3 yrs and Above—1,100.00 X 11 times in a yr. allocation)--given every 15th day of the scheduled month. For 3 yrs and up tenure, allocation is from January-October and December.
     
  • IPI products giveaways worth 500 for probationary employees and 1000 for regular employees.
     
  • Burial Assistance (100k for employees, 5k for immediate dependents--)
     
  • Company Paid Leaves upon a year of Service: (12.5 days:120 hrs- Vacation Leave, 12.5 days:120 hrs-Sick Leave) if not use both are convertible to cash. (3 Days Emergency Leave)- Either Natural or Man-Made Calamities or Death of family Members (for Single-Death biological Parents Only) (For Married-Spouse, Children, & Biological Parents Only)
