Based on experience; Shearwater Health's Company Culture is very Progressive and at the same time very Transparent to its employees when it comes to informing them about the state of the business and its goals with everyone involved.

In terms of camaraderie with my colleagues (Associate-TL-PM-OM) I would say that we have a strong bond except for the new ones since we've been working together for the longest time. We can understand each other, we share our struggles together and work hand in hand to improve ourselves in our roles. Pandemic may kept us apart physically which limited our face to face interactions but previously, we hang out together during after office hours. In terms of hierarchy, especially "new" people on higher level, people whom I think was not suitable for his role since he does not possess the ability to manage people. He retaliates when given criticisms, he passes his work instead of working it together with his subordinate. He instills fear to show that he is the person of authority, credit grabber and least of all you won't learn a single thing from him, since there's nothing to be learned for because he doesn't talk to his direct reportees.

Due to the number volume of requisition/ manpower to fill, I don't think we can still have the so-called " Work, Life, Balance" here. But other than this, the relations build with the Managers/Supervisor and even our colleagues are way better than the previous once I have.

I think as an american company it is very open and straight forward, cant say about the after office hour due to the pandemic, but the structure is pretty much the same with the other companies including the hierarchy, cooperation is very good , the teamwork is strong and socializing among other employees are cool.
