Culture at Shearwater Health Advisors

Based on experience; Shearwater Health's Company Culture is very Progressive and at the same time very Transparent to its employees when it comes to informing them about the state of the business and its goals with everyone involved.

Not sure how to address this but working hours really takes time due to current responsibilities.

Professional and friendly, for the most of the people i encounter on a daily basis. Outside work is okay. I'm close to my team.

In terms of camaraderie with my colleagues (Associate-TL-PM-OM) I would say that we have a strong bond except for the new ones since we've been working together for the longest time. We can understand each other, we share our struggles together and work hand in hand to improve ourselves in our roles. Pandemic may kept us apart physically which limited our face to face interactions but previously, we hang out together during after office hours. In terms of hierarchy, especially "new" people on higher level, people whom I think was not suitable for his role since he does not possess the ability to manage people. He retaliates when given criticisms, he passes his work instead of working it together with his subordinate. He instills fear to show that he is the person of authority, credit grabber and least of all you won't learn a single thing from him, since there's nothing to be learned for because he doesn't talk to his direct reportees.

People are helping one another.

Due to the number volume of requisition/ manpower to fill, I don't think we can still have the so-called " Work, Life, Balance" here. But other than this, the relations build with the Managers/Supervisor and even our colleagues are way better than the previous once I have.

Good teamwork

I think as an american company it is very open and straight forward, cant say about the after office hour due to the pandemic, but the structure is pretty much the same with the other companies including the hierarchy, cooperation is very good , the teamwork is strong and socializing among other employees are cool.

There really is time for leisure; Commendable efforts from upper management to take our minds off of work.

You can never feel the hierarchy because the leaders are approachable.

Culture is one the things that makes me stay. All people i work with are kind hearted people and respects each other opinion.

I don't think I have after-hours life since most of my time is devoted to finishing all deliverables. But I like my team since they are collaborative and they are wiling to extend help anytime.

Working with them is Inspiring. and destressing with them is fulfilling (Insert the free food). I believe all of us in our team are talented and competent. We work hard and we play hard.
