Daily tasks revolves around recruitment. From looking for potential candidates to partnering with external organizations.

Overwhelming. Challenging.

Ever since the training director left the training team, we have taken all the responsibility for training. i think the work we do should be higher than what we have right now in terms of job level. I might be wrong.

I am used to the day to day activites of the accounts I am handling. I know the ins and outs of my work. Unfortunately, due to the fact we are on WFH setup, our working hours tend be longer than usual (working onsite).

Operations leader…. People management, client management, P&L management

Deliverables tend to be tight, but they're manageable given the team I have.

My work is within my scope but got heavy load

What I do was, as a team player I chase and follow up those candidate or applicant, call them to do a pre screening interview and if theyre not around I leave a text message thru their phone, once everything is completed with their requirements then I handover them to the HR recruitment for their initial interview otherwise I could fail them.

I am a channel owner of 3 source channels. Basically i validate endorsements coming into the channel before endorsing for the recruitment process

Doing end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to offering extensions

Manage a team of recruiters in their day to day tasks

every day, I am enjoying what I do. Sometimes I can feel the stress because of the overwhelming demands vs my focus is all over the place that would end up me not being on my best.
