Given that most managers keeps the "open door policy", they are all very open to suggestions and they listen to the team. When it comes to them being mentors, I really look up to them for inspiration about my career since my early days in my line of work.

They're supportive whenever we need anything, like extra headcount. Alvin was very accommodating, straight to the point and very helpful all the time. WCD training just got transferred to Staci but i think Staci will be the same as Alvin.

Im all good with my immediate supervisor (OM) but negative with my Director, he's poor with people management. I think he needs more leadership training more than we do. He doesn't take criticisms well.

I like the fact that I can easily address my concerns with my manager. The fact that she's more than willing to extend help when she feels that you needed one. She always made sure that no one will be left behind.
