I took a total of 3 interviews. All with my present leaders.

Leaders should be able to give ownership to their managers. It would be best to lessen the level of interviews for certain levels.

Interview was okay, assessments were okay. It's the job offer that was disappointing.

First, we have intitial interview conducted by recruitment team followed by panel interview and final interview if necessary.

One of the things that we look for in a candidate is commitment aside from skills specific to any position he or she applied for.
