Your responsibilities

• Creates conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Projects’ business requirements
• Understands and translates business requirements into ERP solutions
• Configures ERP applications to meet business requirements
• Conducts/facilitates testing activities
• Conducts/facilitates training
• Prepares required documentation
• Supports cut-over activities
• Performs post-implementation support.
• Follows and improves delivery and operation support methodology
• Ensures compliance with PLDT Group standards.
• Applies knowledge to the other IT Delivery Services: − Application Management

Training & development

The Technology Scholarships Program is Smart’s contribution to nurturing the country’s future Engineers and IT professionals. The program, which began in 2011, is offered as a last-mile support for graduating ECE and IT students from Smart’s partner state and local colleges and universities under the SWEEP (Smart Wireless Engineering Education Program) Program.

About you

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering, or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience).
• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in one or more ERP functional or business process areas using SAP S4 1709 or higher version
