Recruitment Process

  1.  Application - As part of the application process, one of the requirements is to submit a copy of the resume/curriculum vitae (CV) for the reference of the Recruitment Officers. Any other requirements needed shall be discussed by the designated interviewer during the interview session.
  2. Phone Interview - Duration is 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the flow of the conversation between the Recruiter and the Applicant. Both the initial and final interviews shall be done online (unless requires a face-to-face interaction) in which, the invite for the latter shall be sent after the initial interview from the Talent Acquisition Team.
  3. Psychometric or aptitude test - Shall be discussed by the Recruitment Officer
  4. Results - Shall be discussed by the Recruitment Officer

Selection Criteria - The selection criteria varies in consideration of the interview session(s) and online examination results.
