The Story of Alliance Software Inc.

Founded in 2000, Alliance offers a wide range of IT services and IT solutions, and established its offices in the key markets of Cebu (in April 2000), Manila (in April 2002), and Tokyo (in April 2006).

Alliance has become one of the largest independent software development companies in the Philippines. Its offices in Manila and Tokyo provide marketing, sales, and technical support services, while the Cebu office serves as its main delivery center.

As an IT services and IT solutions company, its capabilities include software development,  UI and UX design, deployment, system and application documentation, quality assurance and testing services, vulnerability assessment services, high-level BPO work, and other practical business solution packages.

Recruitment Process

For their internship program, you can apply through your college or university. The process might take about 1 or 2 weeks. For permanent roles, you can apply online by submitting your application letter and resume, along with a 2x2 colored picture to the email address specified on their Career page and social media.

After immediate processing, you might be contacted via phone, where they ask you basic questions about your skills, educational background, and personal information. The hiring process after that can involve examinations, which include English-related questions and essays, programming questions, and math logic.

If you pass, the next stage is the HR Interview and Technical Interview. In the initial interview with HR, they mostly ask generic questions about yourself, your technical knowledge, education, and experience, while in the final interview with senior team members, they mostly ask behavioral questions and your thesis or projects.

The pay for a fresh graduate Software Engineer is approximately PHP20,000-25,000 per month.
