We promote workplace inclusion for people who identify as sexuality and/or gender diverse.

The Pride Network promotes inclusion for people who identify as sexuality and gender diverse in a safe workplace for all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or relationships.

Together, members of the network help create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their full selves without fear or discrimination. 

The network strives to promote a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or relationships. The network organises activities, training and resources to promote sexuality and gender-diverse workplace inclusion. The network is involved in helping shape the department's approach to workplace inclusion through policy advocacy and collaboration with other internal employee networks, community organisations and APS agencies.    

The network offers a welcoming community and forum for sexuality and gender-diverse employees and allies to come together to discuss challenges facing our community, meet like-minded people, contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives and learn.
