The Field Representative performs activities necessary to support the zero unread meters project for the Home and Micro Biz (HMB) customers. This includes field verification, handling of meter relocation, service entrance approval of microcell sites and termination of contract among others.

The Security Officer is responsible for carrying out security programs and services to ensure protection of all resources within Meralco.

Attends to, processes and resolves customer concerns at the Business Center. This includes the handling of service application requirements, billing and payment inquiries and concerns and, outage inquiries and concerns.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, monitoring and control of the customer transformation project which will replace the current billing and collection system of the company. This includes ensuring that the project is within schedule and budget, and successfully completes system implementation.
